Hawaii Opting Out Of Health Care Overhaul

Hawaii wants out of the national health care overhaul because it already has one of the lowest uninsured rates in the country, thanks to its 35-year-old employer mandate system. Hawaii's congressional delegation inserted language into both House and Senate health care bills that provides explicit protection for the landmark Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Act of 1974. It's apparently the only state looking for such an exemption from major health care overhaul.

Restaurant Owner Recalls Mumbai Attack

One year ago, 10 gunmen laid siege to the city of Mumbai, India, attacking hotels, a Jewish center and other sites. More than 160 people were killed. One of the locations targeted by the gunmen was the city's Leopold Cafe. Farzad Jehani, one of the owners of the cafe, says the cafe organized a live band, and many of those patrons present on the day of the attacks returned to mark the event.
