Last night President Obama unveiled his plan for the war in Afghanistan, which involves sending 30,000 more troops to the region in the months to come. Jack Rice opposes the plan, and he laid out his reasons in a debate with Rep. Joe Sestak (D-PA), a 31-year Navy veteran who supports Obama's plan.
