Why isn't my station available?
Your station may not be available for the following reasons:- May not offer an online stream.
- May not be compatible with MP3 or Windows Media.
- Clear Channel stations are only available
with iHeart Radio.
Why isn't my station working?
The "Problem Report" wizard can help. To access thewizard, follow these steps:
- Select a station from the app
- Tap the "Report a Problem" menu option
Why is my station more unreliable after the last update?
- Go to Settings and uncheck the "Use built-in player" option. This feature improves playback of many stations (and improves battery life), but may cause problems for others
Why won't the application load? Why did it stop working?
- Please report the problem to support@radiotime.com
and include the phone model.
I bought the application but I changed phones and it asks to purchase again. How do I get the app without paying again?
- Since you previously paid for the application, you can download it again by using your original Google checkout account. See this help page for instructions
