The last six years he has hosted his own show Bob Tanem in the Garden on HOT TALK 560 KSFO. Although capable of discussing politics, he prefers to be non political on his radio show. Being a happy gardener, gardening and politics just don't seem to go together. Besides, people garden to get away from politics and the terrible news of the day.
