Festival season is in full swing, and Deutsche Welle is your ticket to the hottest new performances from the 2004 season in Germany. In the continuation of the series that began this summer, host Rick Fulker invites you and your listeners to exciting venues and star-studded events, including the Lausanne Chamber Orchestra and the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra at the Rheingau Music Festival. Bach’s complete sonatas for violin and piano are performed by Frank-Peter Zimmermann and Enrico Pace. From the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, we have the lively gala finale. And, as in past years, several star-studded concerts from the International Beethoven Festival in Bonn, recorded by media partner Deutsche Welle.
