Glenn Beck: Save the parks or freedom?
Wed, Jul 1
With our country in deep deep trouble - states like California are looking over the budgets and trying to find anything they can to cut. In California, the Governator started looking at shutting down the state park system indefinitely in order to help the state survive. Soon after that, California gets a letter from the Department of the Interior saying, basically, don't do that. Glenn does not react positively to the land grab by the Fed and talks about National Parks. Why do we have em...
Latest polls on Universal Health Care

One of the problems with Mitt Romney was the health care plan he implemented in MA. The complaint was that once he was gone the door was open to try and make it universal health. That's what happened - how did it turn out?

Glenn Beck: Slow bleed vs. slaughter
Tue, Jun 30
Glenn talks with best selling author Brad Thor about his latest book and about everything going on in the country today. Brad says that while we are getting an onlsaught of liberal policies jammed down our throat, he'd actually prefer that to what John McCain would have offered which was still bad, just a slower bleed. Brad prefers the slaughter because that, in his view, will open peoples eyes to the massive government expansion we are residing over. Hopefully he's right -- there's a lot on...
Glenn Beck: NY slips in retroactive tax
Tue, Jun 30
Glenn is outraged over the latest tax hike in New York - this one was slipped in the middle of a mammoth health care bill of all things. Not only does it raise taxes - it makes the tax retroactive and they are reaching back to take money earned previous to the passing of the bill. If they can do that, Glenn wonders, does he qualify for state benefits for the times in his life he was broke and didn't receive any?
Saving Freedom - Jim Demint
Tue, Jun 30
Glenn talks with Senator Jim Demint who has a new book out which gives an inside look into why we are slipping into socialism and what we can do about it.
What made Glenn want to hang himself?
Tue, Jun 30
In the liberal bastion of New Jersey they have started hanging little 'Project Porchlight' boxes on doorknobs all across the state - inside is a note that reads "Change a bulb and save. A CFL bulb uses up to 75 less energy old-fashioned bulbs. Save up to $30 in energy costs. Every light bulb change means less pollution, lower cost and reduced demand for electricity which means healthier, cleaner air, environmental and public health benefits. Be the light in your community. This lamp contains...

Glenn Beck: Common Sense - Jacko
Mon, Jun 29
The media has been covering the death of Michael Jackson non stop all weekend long - we got it already, he's dead - if the media did 12 seconds of work they could find ways to relate the story to actual news. Glenn finds one of these stories -- the much talked about fact that Jackson owns the rights to the Beatles catalog. The real story is, why would they sell those rights? Glenn explains the answer.
Glenn Beck: Personal Savings in America increasing
Mon, Jun 29
Seems that people may be taking Glenn's advice -- to save, store and prepare as personal savings is up 4% in America. It doesn't take a genius to see the government is destroying our wealth. But, when you are attempting to put money into savings make sure you avoid what this guy did and do NOT deposit $200 along with some cocaine and pot, it may cost you $3000 in bail money.
Glenn Beck: Billy Mays more credible than Congress
Mon, Jun 29
America's most beloved TV pitchman, Billy Mays, died this weekend at the age of 50. Autopsy is not complete and the only signs of any trouble was the flight Mays took the day before - it had a rough landing and baggage hit him in the head. He was dead the next morning. Glenn talks about the spokesman for miracle products like OxyClean, Kaboom, Orange Glow, Jupiter Jack and more -- and shows that this guy is even more credible than the clowns who passed the Cap & Tax bill on Friday.
Glenn Beck: Who Benefits From Cap-and-Trade?
Mon, Jun 29

Cap n Trade bill
Fri, Jun 26
What better time to jam the Cap n Trade bill down our throat than on a Friday afternoon when Americans are not paying attention! Why would they want to do that, instead of bask in the glow of America's approval?
Glenn Beck: Jacko is at peace
Fri, Jun 26
A tragic life comes to a tragic end -- but at least the King of Pop is no longer in pain. What an absolutely tragic life this guy led - the best selling artist of all time and he ends up mangling his face and living, literally, in circus. From giving the children Jesus Juice to dangling his newborn baby over a balcony, Jacko was never far from a controversy and the media loved to follow him because he was just a weird dude. But a really, really talented weird dude. Glenn reacts to the news...
Cap-and-Trade Is About Power and Control

It's Friday! What are your plans? Dinner? Blockbuster movie? Hey, you could always read the 1,500-page cap-and-trade bill that's 1,200 plus 300 in amendments.
Glenn Beck: The Letter
Thu, Jun 25
Glenn received a letter from a woman in Arizona. It is an open letter to our nation's leadership -- and apparently he isn't the only one feeling this way because we are getting tons of requests for copies of the letter. Here is the transcript of Glenn reading it on radio today.
Glenn Beck: Common Sense - never use email
Thu, Jun 25
Proof positive that our politicians are not only arrogant and corrupt, they are total morons. Governor Sanford should have taken the advice of Michael Chertoff and John Ashcroft -- never use email. Not only has the Governor admitted to a humiliating affair --- we get to read all of his pathetic attempts at romance. He even quotes the Bible during one of his love letters...to his mistress.
Glenn Beck: ABC infomercial for Obama
Thu, Jun 25
Glenn's theory is that the ABC infomercial on Obama's health care is just misdirection -- the administration doesn't want you to focus on whats really happening. While everyone is focused on the propaganda charges with ABC -- they won't notice that Cap & Trade has been jammed down our throats. Now, with Governor Sanford's debacle, you can bet the White House is cheering on yet another distraction taking eyes away from Cap & Tax.
Another cheating politician
Thu, Jun 25
Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina admitted to having cheated on his wife. The affair was with a woman from Argentina, which doomed this relationship from the start. Really, how stupid do you have to be not only to cheat on your wife -- but to pick someone from Argentina?
Glenn Beck: 'What took you so long?'
Wed, Jun 24
A straight shooter who is well respected in the biz, Major Garrett from Fox News was called on during yesterday's press conference. His question, 'what took you so long' to comment on the protesters in Iran, drew annoyance from The One. Garrett talks about the exchange and offers an inside view to life in the White House press corps.
Glenn Beck: Obama is lying to you
Wed, Jun 24
One way or another he's lying to you. In Tues press conference he said no one predicted the economy would tank. That's his excuse for the lack of results on the stimulus - that it just wasn't big enough.
Glenn Beck: Common Sense Congressman
Wed, Jun 24
Freshman Congressman Jason Chaffetz from Utah is one of the few common sense people in the halls of Congress right now. One of the bills he's proposing would save taxpayers millions, and it's a great idea. Instead of hiring thousands of people to conduct the census, why not use another program that already has employees visiting houses each and every day -- the United States Postal Service. A common sense idea that makes so much sense it will certainly be shot down by Congress.
Glenn Beck: Obama's media plant
Wed, Jun 24
President Obama had a weird moment in the press conference -- when he called on a liberal blogger (2nd - in between the AP and Reuters) and the transaction seemed as if it were rehearsed. The White House later admitted that they called the blogger and said they had been 'following' what they were reporting on and might ask a question. Seems like a little more than that if you actually see the exchange.
