  • Joe has establish his own town, Garage Logic, where, unlike any other town in Minnesota (and the USA?), Common Sense is the single guiding principle. It is located "down the road from Diversityville, but not as far as Liberal Lakes." Since its inception, listeners have been relocating to this growing municipality in record numbers. The last census showed Garage Logic as the state's fourth largest city with a population of 75,000. As the self-appointed Mayor of Garage Logic, Joe is sometimes referred to as "Your Honor." He and G.L. residents enjoy power equipment (chain saws, weed whips, belt sanders, etc.), interrogating candidates for public office in their garages, the cohesiveness of neighborhoods, and minding their own business. They also often enjoy the pleasure of a good Hoyo. Joe's well-known hobby is restoring antique boats.
