Tiongco is a native of Charleston, South Carolina. She got her first radio position at WZJY in 1995 as the afternoon drive personality. "Radio was not a part of my original career objectives, but God had a plan for me. Doors began to open for me in radio." After several years in radio, Tiongco decided to leave the industry to pursue a television career. While at WCBD-TV 2 in Mt. Pleasant, God ordered her to return to radio. So in 1999, Tiongco decided to do as God had requested and she began her service at Heaven 1390. Tiongco's hobbies includes spending time with her eleven year old daughter, shopping, walking on the beach, in the parks, attending church, and frequenting local restaurants.
